Poli Whiskey is the result of the distillation of pure, pleasantly peated barley malt, aged for 5 years and refined in Amarone barrels.

The “Secretary of State” is an Italian whiskey reminiscent of a bowl of toasted dried fruit, raisins, plums, chocolate and smoked spices.

It is as solemn as the embrace of St. Peter’s Square.
