Double distillation of a selection of winter barley harvested on the Tibetan plateau at the end of the flowering season of the flowering peony, revered by Tibetans under the name «Meido». Matured in Ex-bourbon barrels and French oak barrels for 38 months after 9 to 30 years of aging in porcelain amphora.
